How MM2 Trade Delivery Works
How a bought Murder Mystery 2 item reaches you: an in-game trade, level 10 minimum, four items, six-second lock.
Every Murder Mystery 2 item is handed over through the game's own trade window — there is no gifting system and no automated route. You need to be level 10 or higher to trade at all, the window takes four unique items at a time, and a six-second timer runs after each item is added before either side can accept.
Updated 8 September 2026.
Step one: level 10
MM2 restricted trading to level 10 and above on 28 December 2021, and the wiki is explicit about why: it was "a measure against duping".
If your account is below level 10, no trade of any kind can happen — with us or with anyone. This is the single most common reason an MM2 order stalls, and it is entirely fixable by playing a few rounds.
Step two: the trade window
The mechanic, from the wiki's Trading page, read 8 September 2026:
- Click the other player's name in the player list at the top right. A small menu appears with Profile and Trade.
- Click Trade. A request appears on their screen; they accept or deny.
- On accept, a full-screen trading menu opens with your inventory on the left and their offer on the right.
- Click an item to add it to the trade.
- After every item added, six seconds must pass before the trade can be accepted.
- Both sides accept and the items move.
You can trade four unique items at a time, though you can include multiples of each.
Worth knowing: there is a button under the player list that turns your incoming trade requests off. If yours is off, we cannot send you a request — though you can still send one to us. The wiki notes this toggle cannot be used on phones.
What can and cannot be traded
Tradeable: weapons, pets and miscellaneous objects.
Not tradeable: effects, emotes and radios. If you see any of those advertised for sale, the seller cannot deliver them.
The one other exception is at the top of the ladder: Unique weapons are untradeable, with the single exception of Corrupt.
The glitches the wiki actually documents
MM2's own wiki has a Vulnerabilities section, and it is worth reading before your first trade because it explains behaviour people usually blame on the other party:
- Both players can find themselves unable to add items to the menu.
- Both players can accept and the trade still does not go through — at which point the wiki says the trade "is impossible to complete".
- Trades can break entirely, forcing a server rejoin.
- There is a glitch where a trade auto-accepts without either player accepting.
- The page also names duping, data loss and value loss as standing risks, and concludes flatly: "It is an overall risk to trade."
None of that is a reason not to trade. It is a reason to rejoin and retry rather than assume you were scammed, and it is why every one of our deliveries is photographed.
How we deliver
All 36 of our live Murder Mystery 2 listings are manual delivery — a person, in game, using the window above. There is no automated MM2 lane on our side and we do not claim one. Competitors advertising "100% automated" MM2 delivery are describing something the game does not provide.
What that means for you:
- You give us a Roblox username. We never ask for your password. A trade-window hand-off cannot use one.
- You need to be in game, at level 10 or above, with trade requests enabled.
- We photograph every completed order. The proof attaches to the order record.
- We are not going to print a delivery time here. MM2 is a person meeting a person, so the honest figure is a live measurement — our current delivery statistics are published on /about with their sample size and window.
Why there is no automated MM2 lane
Some games on this site do have one. Blox Fruits and Rivals items are delivered by the games' own gifting systems, which a machine can drive: the sender picks a username, pays, and the item lands.
Murder Mystery 2 has no gifting system at all. The only route from one inventory to another is the trade window described above, and the trade window requires two players present, four slots, a six-second timer per item and two accepts. That is a person-shaped process, and it is why MM2 delivery is manual everywhere, not only here.
It is also why the level-10 rule matters so much: in a gifting game your account level is irrelevant to delivery. In MM2 it is the gate.
Before you order
- Check your level. Below 10 there is nothing either of us can do.
- Turn trade requests on, and remember the toggle is desktop-only.
- Have four free item slots if you are buying a set — a set arrives as multiple items.
- Nobody legitimate needs your account. Not us, not a middleman, not a "verifier".
