Privacy Policy
How PetMart collects, uses and protects your data: what we store, the first-party cookies we set, our payment processors, and your rights.
Last updated: 18 August 2026. PetMart ("we", "us", "our") operates the website petmart.fun. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use the website, purchase products, or take part in our affiliate and creator programme.
1. What we collect
From all users: email address, Roblox username, IP address, payment details (processed securely by Stripe, PayPal or cryptocurrency processors and not stored by us), and Discord account information if you choose to link your Discord account. From affiliate and creator programme participants we also collect a name, email address and payment information for commission payouts; your YouTube channel ID, channel name and subscriber information if you connect YouTube; and your TikTok username, display name and public profile information if you connect TikTok. Both are used solely to verify your identity as a creator.
2. How we use it
To process and fulfil orders and deliver digital items; to communicate with you about purchases, order tickets and support; to verify creator identity and pay affiliate commission; to prevent fraud and enforce our policies; and to improve the security and functionality of the website.
3. Third-party services
Our affiliate programme uses the YouTube Data API v3 with read-only access to your channel information — we do not access private videos, comments or analytics. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and you can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings. The TikTok Login Kit API gives us your public profile only, and you can disconnect it from your affiliate dashboard. Payment details are shared with Stripe, PayPal and cryptocurrency processors for transaction processing; we do not store card numbers or bank account details on our servers.
4. Cookies and campaign measurement
We use a small number of first-party cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not sell or share this data with advertisers. Session and security cookies keep you signed in and protect forms and checkout. The pm_vid cookie is set only if you arrive through one of our campaign or creator links and stores a random identifier — no name, email or account details — for up to 45 days so we can tell which campaign introduced you to us. For the same purpose we record the IP address a campaign link was opened from and may match it to a later purchase; campaign visit records containing an IP address or the pm_vid identifier are deleted after 120 days. This measurement never produces an automated decision about you, and clearing your browser cookies and site data removes the identifier.
5. Sharing, retention and security
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties. We share data with payment processors solely to complete transactions, and may disclose information if required by law or to enforce our policies. We retain information only as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes; YouTube and TikTok access tokens are stored only while your account is connected and are deleted on disconnection. Data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and stored using secure practices, though no online system is completely secure.
6. Your rights and contact
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; disconnect linked YouTube or TikTok accounts from your affiliate dashboard at any time; and revoke Google access in your Google Account settings. For any privacy request, or a question about this policy, contact [email protected]. We may update this policy at any time; changes are posted here with a new effective date.
