About PetMart
Who runs PetMart, how Roblox items reach your account, and how to check every claim on this page for yourself.
PetMart is an online shop that sells in-game items for Roblox games — Blox Fruits, Grand Piece Online, Steal a Brainrot, Grow a Garden 2, Murder Mystery 2, Adopt Me, Rivals, Roblox Limiteds and others in the games menu. You pay in real money, and we hand the item to your own Roblox account using the same trade, gift and mailbox mechanics any two players use. Every completed order is photographed and the photograph is published.
We have been trading since June 2025 and have delivered 32,000+ orders. That figure is read from our own order table when this page is built; it is not typed into the page, and it is the same number our homepage and our public stats endpoint publish, computed the same way.
Is PetMart legit?
Yes — and the useful version of that answer is not us saying so. It is the five things below, every one of which you can check before you spend anything.
- 33,000+ delivery photographs, all public. Every completed order is photographed at the moment of delivery and posted to our proof log with the item and a masked buyer name. You can scroll back through more than a year of them. Nothing is staged and nothing is removed.
- Independent reviews we do not control. Our Trustpilot profile has been claimed since July 2025 and lives somewhere we cannot edit it. See Reviews below.
- An open Discord. discord.com/invite/petmart has 130,000+ members. Join it and read the delivery logs and the support channels before you buy anything — you do not need an order to be in the server.
- Live delivery status. /status shows which games are delivering right now and how many orders are in line.
- A public trading history. The domain was registered on 9 June 2025 and our order record runs continuously from June 2025 to today.
Why some website-checker sites score us badly
Automated "is this site a scam" scanners score domains, not businesses, and ours trips several of their default rules. We would rather name them than let you find them somewhere else:
- The domain is young and it ends in
.fun.petmart.funwas registered on 9 June 2025 — first-hand, from the public WHOIS record, which anyone can run. Scanners penalise domains under a few years old by default, and several of them treat the.funTLD as higher risk regardless of who is using it. If you read anywhere that this domain is only a few months old, check the registration date yourself; it is public. - Our WHOIS record is private. The registrant details are redacted at the registrar. That is the standard default at IONOS and at most registrars, and it is what keeps a solo operator's home address off a public database. It is not a signal of intent, and scanners score it as one anyway.
- We accept cryptocurrency. Any crypto payment option raises an automated risk flag. Most of our orders are paid by card through Stripe, and Stripe's buyer protections apply to those normally. PayPal and wallet balance are also live.
- Our traffic rank is low. We are a specialist shop in one Roblox niche, not a general marketplace. Popularity is an input to most of these scores, and we will always look small next to a retailer.
None of those four things is fraud, and none of them is hidden. The same class of automated checker also rates us the other way: ScamAdviser currently reports petmart.fun as "Very Likely Safe" and writes that "it seems that petmart.fun is legit and safe to use and not a scam website" (checked 8 September 2026). Which is the point. An automated score is a guess about a domain. 33,000+ delivery photographs and a public order history are a record of what actually happened.
What we will never ask you for
We never ask for your Roblox password, a one-time code, or access to your account, and we never sign in as you. We need your Roblox username only. Items change hands through the ordinary in-game trade, gift and mailbox mechanics every player already uses — no exploits, no account sharing, and nothing on our side that puts your account at risk.
Anyone who contacts you claiming to be PetMart staff and asks for a password or a code is impersonating us. Report it in our Discord.
Who runs PetMart
PetMart is a small, independently operated business run from the United States. It is not a marketplace of third-party sellers: we hold our own stock on our own accounts and we deliver it ourselves, which is why every order carries a photograph we took rather than a seller rating we collected.
How an order actually works
You need a PetMart account to check out. You create it at checkout with an email address, and it is where your order status page lives — so you can watch each item land and re-request anything missing without going through a stranger. We say this here rather than at the payment step because finding out at the payment step is exactly the sort of surprise that makes a careful buyer walk away.
After payment, one of two things happens depending on the game. Automated lanes deliver straight to your Roblox account. Hand-delivered items open a private ticket in our Discord, where a staff member arranges to meet you in game — those depend on you and a member of staff being online at the same time, and the wait includes your own time.
We publish a delivery figure only where we have enough completed orders in the last 30 days to measure one, and we publish the sample size next to it. We do not promise a delivery time, and we never claim a speed we have not measured. Per-game figures and the full detail are on Delivery & refunds.
Reviews
We do not run a review widget on this site, and we do not publish a star rating of our own. A review we could edit is not evidence, and a rating we mint ourselves is worth nothing to a reader who is already suspicious.
Our reviews live on Trustpilot, on a profile we claimed in July 2025 and cannot edit. Negative reviews stay up there.
The other kind of evidence is the one we generate ourselves and cannot retouch: 33,000+ delivery photographs. A rating is an opinion. A photograph of a delivery is a record.
If something goes wrong
The promise we make at the payment step is the promise this page keeps, word for word:
Not delivered? Full refund or replacement of equal value — your choice.
Once an order has been delivered we cannot take an in-game item back off your account, so delivered orders are final. Every case in between — wrong item, wrong username, a trade you could not get online for — is written out on Delivery & refunds.
How to reach us
Support runs through our Discord: discord.com/invite/petmart. Every order opens a private ticket there, and you can also ask a question before you buy anything.
Full detail is on Contact.
What PetMart is not
PetMart is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation, or with the developers of any game we sell items for. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. We are also not connected to PetSmart, the US pet-supply retailer, or to any physical pet store — we sell virtual items for Roblox games only.
