Discord is our support channel
Every PetMart order opens its own private ticket in our Discord server, and that ticket is the fastest way to reach the person who can actually see your order.

You do not need an order to join, and you do not need an order to ask a question. If you are deciding whether to buy at all, ask in the server first.
What to include
Your order number and your Roblox username. That is enough for us to find the order, the delivery attempt and the photograph attached to it.
We will never ask you for your Roblox password, a one-time code, or access to your account — not in a ticket, not by email, not ever. Anyone who does is impersonating us.
Where we are
PetMart is independently operated from the United States. We trade online only; there is no walk-in location and no phone line.
We are not PetSmart
PetMart sells virtual items for Roblox games. We are not connected to PetSmart, the US pet-supply retailer, or to any physical pet store, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
