How to Buy Roblox Items on PetMart
Step by step: how to buy Roblox items on PetMart. Build a cart across games, sign in, enter your Roblox username, pay, and receive them in game.
This is the whole buying process on PetMart, start to finish. It takes about two minutes, and the only thing you need before you start is your Roblox username spelled exactly as it appears in game.
1. Add items to your cart
Browse the games in the menu above and add everything you want to your cart. You can mix items from several games in a single order — there is no need to check out separately for each one. Use the game filter on the homepage to find things quickly.
2. Sign in and enter your Roblox username
A PetMart account is required to complete a purchase, so signing in is part of checkout. Then fill in your Roblox username accurately — this is how our staff find you in game — and link your Discord account if you want the ticket opened there. Double-check the spelling: a typo is the single most common cause of a delayed delivery.
3. Apply a promo code and pay
If you have a promo code, enter it in the discount field before paying. Codes are case-sensitive and must not carry extra spaces. Then choose a payment method: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Cash App or Klarna through Stripe, or PayPal, or one of the supported cryptocurrencies.
4. Your order page opens automatically
As soon as payment is confirmed your order page opens and a link to it is emailed to you. Keep that email — it is the fastest way back to your order and to your conversation with staff. For most games a private Discord ticket is created for the order at the same time.
5. Receive your items
Delivery staff reach you on the order page or in the ticket and hand the items over in game. Follow their instructions — accept the gift, claim the mailbox delivery, or join the trade — and the order is closed with a delivery photo attached.
