This page shows whether PetMart deliveries are running right now, per game, and lists orders completing as they complete. It reads from the same delivery system that fulfils the orders, so it is not a status page somebody remembers to update.
What the states mean
All delivery systems operational means the automated lanes are running normally. Running slower than usual means orders are queuing behind a backlog — they are safe and they are still being worked. Deliveries briefly paused means we have stopped a lane on purpose, usually during a game update that would make a delivery fail; orders placed during a pause are safe and are delivered when it lifts.
If your own order looks stuck
The status page is site-wide, not per order. For your order, use the link emailed to you when you paid, or your Discord ticket, or get help. Typical delivery times differ a lot by game and are listed in the FAQ; every completed delivery ends up in the proof log.
