What the server is for
Your order lives there. Most orders open a private ticket channel with your order number on it. Hand-delivered games are coordinated entirely in that ticket — a staff member tells you which account to add or which server to join, and when to accept the trade. It is also the written record of your delivery, which is the reason we use tickets instead of a chat box that disappears.
Support, before and after you buy. If you are still deciding, ask in the public channels. If something went wrong, the ticket is the fastest route to the person who can see your order, your delivery attempt and the photograph attached to it.
Delivery proof, as it happens. Completed deliveries are posted with their photographs. The same log is published on the site at our proof page — 34,000+ records — but in the server you watch it fill up in real time, which is a different kind of reassurance.
Stock and restock notices. New stock and restocks for Grow a Garden 2, Steal a Brainrot, Blox Fruits, Grand Piece Online, Murder Mystery 2, Adopt Me, Rivals and the rest are announced there first.
Trading and game chat. The server predates most of the shop's catalogue and a large share of it is ordinary game community — trading channels, value talk and per-game chat. You are not obliged to buy anything to use it.
House rules
The full rules are pinned inside the server. These are the settings anyone can verify from the public invite before joining:
- Membership is gated. The server runs Discord's member-verification gate, so there is a verification step between joining and posting.
- Automated moderation is on.
- The server is not age-restricted and is marked safe-for-work at the Discord level.
- Onboarding prompts run when you join, so you pick the channels for the games you play.
Two rules from us rather than from Discord's settings, because they are the ones that protect you:
- No PetMart member of staff will ever ask you for your Roblox password, a one-time code, or account access. We need your username. Anyone in the server or in a DM asking for more is impersonating us — report them.
- Deals arranged in DMs are not PetMart orders. If it did not go through checkout and it does not have an order number, we cannot photograph it, refund it or replace it.
