Get your Roblox items in three steps
Every step of a PetMart order: the account you make at checkout, how the item reaches you, and the photo proof.
Is PetMart legit?
Yes — and rather than ask you to take that on trust, we publish the evidence: 33,000+ delivery photographs, independent reviews on Trustpilot we cannot edit, and an open Discord with 130,000+ members. The full answer, including why automated site-checkers score a young .fun domain the way they do, is on About PetMart.
Step 1 — Pick the item
Choose your game from the menu and pick what you want. Each product page tells you the price, whether it is in stock, and how that particular item is delivered — an automated lane straight to your account, or a hand delivery arranged with a member of staff. That distinction matters more than anything else on the page, so we put it above the buy button rather than in the small print.
Stock is real inventory held on our own accounts. A sold-out row says it is sold out instead of quietly vanishing, which is why you will sometimes see an item you cannot buy today.
Step 2 — Create your account and pay
You need a PetMart account to check out. You make it at checkout with an email address. It is not a marketing hoop — it is where your order status page lives, and it is what lets you watch each item land and re-request anything missing without having to catch a person first.
At checkout you also enter your Roblox username. That is the only thing about your Roblox account we ever need. We never ask for your password, a one-time code or account access, and we never sign in as you.
Pay by card through Stripe, by PayPal, from your PetMart wallet balance, or in cryptocurrency. Card and PayPal details go straight to the processor and are never stored on our servers.
Step 3 — We deliver, and we photograph it
What happens next depends on the game.
Automated lanes hand the item to your Roblox account directly — a gift you accept, a mailbox delivery you claim — with no coordination needed from you beyond being reachable.
Hand-delivered items open a private ticket in our Discord against your order number. A staff member tells you which account to add or which server to join, and meets you in game. These depend on you and a member of staff being online at the same time, so the wait includes your own time, and we count it that way rather than subtracting it to make ourselves look faster.
Either way, the moment the item lands we photograph the delivery and attach the photograph to your order. The same photographs are published, all of them, in our proof log — 33,000+ records and counting, with buyer names masked.
How long it takes
We publish a delivery figure only where we have enough completed orders in the last 30 days to measure one, and we publish the sample size next to it.
Where we cannot measure a game honestly — because it has no automated lane, or too few recent orders — we publish no number for it at all rather than borrowing one from a faster game. Per-game figures are on Delivery & refunds, and what each lane is doing right now is on /status.
If it does not arrive
Not delivered? Full refund or replacement of equal value — your choice. That is the promise made at the payment step, and it is the same promise on Delivery & refunds, where every case in between is written out. Once an order has been delivered we cannot take an in-game item back off your account, so delivered orders are final.
If your order is running long, open a ticket in our Discord with your order number and we will chase it.
