Terms of Service
PetMart terms of service: who can buy, how digital Roblox items are delivered, payments, refunds, accounts, and the Roblox trademark notice.

1. Eligibility
Purchases may only be made by individuals who can lawfully enter into binding contracts. There are no age restrictions, but customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to make purchases.
2. Products and delivery
All products are digital items delivered directly by us within the Roblox platform. After purchase you receive an order ticket on our website where you can communicate with staff for delivery, and a ticket link is sent to your email and optionally by Discord DM. Delivery times vary based on staff availability and ticket queue.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your Roblox username and email. Failure to provide correct details may result in non-delivery, which does not qualify for a refund. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address you provide.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal or supported cryptocurrency processors. By placing an order you authorise the payment processor to charge your payment method. Wallet balance may be used for partial or full payment if available.
5. Refunds
Refunds are not offered for completed deliveries. Refunds are only granted if the item is not delivered due to an error on our part. See our refund policy for full details.
6. Accounts
An account is required to complete a purchase, and it gives you access to your order history, wallet features and promotional discounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Affiliate and creator programme
The affiliate programme lets content creators earn commission on referred sales. Affiliates must link at least one social account (YouTube or TikTok) for identity verification; connecting them authorises us to read your channel or public profile information through the YouTube Data API v3 or the TikTok Login Kit API for that purpose only. Commission rates are set by PetMart and may be adjusted at any time. Misleading advertising, spam and fraudulent activity are prohibited, and you may disconnect a linked account and leave the programme at any time from your dashboard.
8. Promo codes and discounts
Promo codes and creator codes are subject to usage limits and expiry dates, cannot be combined with weekly bundle discounts, and may be revoked or modified at any time.
9. Prohibited uses
Interfering with the operation of the website, using the site for unlawful purposes, attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, abusing promo codes, affiliate links or referral systems, and chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes for successfully delivered items.
10. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website except as required by law; our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased; and we are not responsible for actions taken by Roblox or any third-party platform.
11. Trademarks and affiliation
PetMart is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, and is not affiliated with the developers of any game named on this site. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation, and the names of Roblox games and of the items within them are the property of Roblox Corporation and of their respective developers. They are used on this site descriptively, to say which game an item belongs to.
12. Modifications and contact
