How these are delivered
Starter brainrots are handed over in an in-game trade. A private Discord ticket opens on your order, you tell us the Roblox username and when you can be in game, and a PetMart staff member sends the trade for you to accept inside Steal a Brainrot. If you have bought several units at once they usually come across in one sitting rather than one trade each, and the ticket stays open until every one of them is on your base. We never ask for your Roblox password. The finished trade is photographed and attached to your order.
