GPO Fruit Crates: Terms of Sale
Terms for GPO fruit crates: every spin wins a fruit, no cash value, results decided at payment, 18+, refunds, buy-back and country rules.
1. What you are buying
When you buy a crate, you are buying one or more spins. Every spin wins one real fruit from that crate's published pool. There are no losing spins and no consolation prizes. The fruit you win is the product you paid for.
2. No cash value
Fruits and spins have no monetary value. You cannot exchange a fruit or a spin for cash, credit, or a refund, except as described in the Refunds section below.
3. Odds
Every crate publishes its base odds. The odds shown at the moment you buy a spin are the odds used for that spin, and they are recorded with your order. Fruits that are out of stock are shown greyed out, and their share of the odds is spread proportionally across the remaining fruits. This live table, not the base odds, is what gets recorded for your spin.
4. When the result is decided
Your spin's result is decided the moment your payment completes. It is generated using a seed and the odds table shown to you before you pay. Opening the crate on screen is just an animation. It only reveals a result that already exists. A spin is final as soon as payment completes.
5. Provably fair
Before you pay, you see a server seed hash, a pool hash, and a client seed you can edit. After you open your spin, the server seed is revealed. You can check any spin yourself on the /fair page.
6. Opening and delivery
You can open your spin from the spin page at any time. Any spin left unopened opens automatically after one hour. Once every spin in your order is opened, we send the fruits to our bot for delivery. Delivery happens through an in-game trade to the Roblox username on your order. You need to join the bot's server and accept the trade. We do not guarantee how long delivery will take.
7. Refunds
Spins are not refundable once payment completes, with two exceptions. First, if a crate's pool is empty for your spin at the moment of purchase, that spin is automatically voided. You get a refund equal to its pro-rata share of the order price. Second, if a fruit you won cannot be delivered, we choose one of two options. We will either refund that spin at its pro-rata share of the order price (not the fruit's shelf value), or send you a fruit of equal or greater shelf value. A spin cannot be refunded once its fruit has already been traded to you.
8. Buy-back
Fruits won from crates are not eligible for PetMart's buy-back programme.
9. Promo codes and discounts
Promo codes and discounts do not apply to crate purchases.
10. Age and eligibility
You must be 18 or older to buy a crate. At checkout, you confirm your age and provide your date of birth, and this confirmation is stored with your order. Crates are not available to buyers located in, or paying from, Belgium or the Netherlands. This list of restricted locations may change. We may refuse or cancel a crate order that fails these checks, and we will refund it if we do.
11. Order limits
You can buy up to 25 spins per order. The Mythic Elite crate is limited to 10 spins per order.
12. Disputes and support
If something goes wrong, contact support through your order ticket first. Filing a payment dispute with your card issuer on a crate order that was already delivered may lead to restrictions on your account.
13. Changes
These terms may change over time. The version in force at the moment you buy a crate is the version that applies to that purchase.
